Team India last visited the rainbow nation in 2017-18 to play three-match Test series followed by 6 ODIs and 3 T20Is. While the tourists won the ODI series 5-1 and T20I series 2-1, they failed to win the Test series. Out of three games in Cape Town, Centurion, and Johannesburg, Virat Kohli led side managed just 1 win in the last at Johannesburg that also marked Jasprit Bumrah’s maiden Test fifer.
