“DC has decided to isolate the player alongwith another bowler who was sharing room with him,” Indian Express wrote along with the information of a net bowler testing positive.
DC remains the only team with COVID-19 cases in IPL 2022.
Earlier head coach Ricky Ponting, and players –Tim Seifert, Mitchell and four other support staff including physio Patrick Farhart had tested positive for COVID-19.

Delhi Capitals will be hopeful for the match to go ahead against CSK after their earlier fixture against Punjab Kings was moved from MCA Stadium, Pune to Brabourne Stadium, Mumbai.
The decision was taken to prevent any further spread of the virus en route to Pune.
